We want you to love every purchase from Heaven Original Brand. If something isn't right, we're

here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, pet hair or damage, with all original tags

attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are available while inventory lasts. Customers are

responsible for the return shipping cost. Heaven Original Brand will ship the replacement item at no

additional shipping charge for domestic U.S. orders.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping

charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customer pays: returns due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or preference.

Heaven Original Brand pays: incorrect item shipped, defective merchandise, or products

damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, gift cards, limited edition drops marked Final Sale, and personalized/custom

products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve

the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the return

How to Start a Return

Email Customer Support with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, follow

the provided return instructions. Refunds are processed after inspection.
